Whether it was a pay your dues mentality or an unwillingness to share their personal experiences, there were few women attorneys willing to help a first year navigate the profession. As I blundered through the learning process, stumbling haphazardly upon ah-ha moments. I often wish I could go back and share my newfound insight with that terrified first year I had been. I created All Rise as a way to do just that - to demystify the process, share tried and true tools that worked for me and to answer all the questions every new attorney has and even the ones they don’t know yet to ask, so together we can All Rise"
